A balancing meditation using breathwork to release tension, restore energy, and create space for calm clarity. Perfect for the equinox. This is a guided balancing meditation to help you relax and recharge. We’ll begin by getting comfortable and settling into the present moment. Through breathwork—including alternate nostril breathing—you’ll release tension and invite fresh energy into the body. You’ll be guided to notice your breath, let thoughts pass by, and then return to a natural rhythm. The practice ends with a moment of spacious stillness before gently returning to your surroundings.
